Turnover €100,000 working solo!

When I started working for myself, I based my income on what I was already earning.  If I earned €300 in 1 week, unconsciously my goal was to earn ‘at least €300 next week’.  Little did I know that the only thing holding me back from turning over €100K, was my mindset.  The first step, is to believe that it’s very possible for you! But that’s another day’s lesson!

Turning over €100k is as easy as 1, 2, 3! 👊

1. Know your Numbers

 Let’s work out how much you need to charge per hour to turnover 100k

-          Jenny works 40 hours per week.  Let’s use 35 hours per week for our calculations to allow for cancellations etc

-          Jenny takes 4 weeks holidays per year, so let’s base our working year as 48 weeks instead of 52

2. Do the Math

35 hours   x   48 weeks   =   1,680       This is the number of hours available to Jenny

She wants to earn €100,000 in 1680 hours.    100,000 / 1680 =     €60 per hour

Jenny needs to charge an average €60 per hour for our services, or €1 per minute

3. Implement some changes:

a.       Fill your working hours – Ensure these are compacted and bookings are not left with unfillable gaps between them

b.       To take in €60 per hour, we can reduce the time of our service (speed up), increase the price, or sell some retail with it.

c.       Get, and keep loyal clients that are willing to pay you your worth – be sure to connect with me on social media to reach the maximum profit potential for you and your business.
